When you are ready to flip your blog (sell your blog) the first step is to come up with a selling price. When you are coming up with the selling price and you should take into consideration PageRank, backlinks, traffic, content, and the site design amongst other things. It is also a good idea to find other blogs for sale that are comparable to yours so you can see what price they are selling for. You can print out and save that information to show prospective buyers if they think your selling price is too high and want to negotiate. Make sure you come up with any questions and/or demands you may have for your prospective buyers and have them prepared for when you are contacted.

After you come up with your selling price you have to find a place online to sell your site. Research several companies and read reviews of them before you decide on one. A few places to sell your blog are Ebay, Craig's List and SiteOwners. Make yourself readily available to your potential buyers by leaving your email address for them to contact you. Answer all inquiries honestly and as promptly as possible. Have your site statistics and revenue information readily available, along with any other info that will help your sale. Before all is said and done, come up with a written and signed contract with your buyer. Flipping blogs can be a highly profitable way to make money online with many possibilities and opportunities.
