Breaking News: Google Chrome to be Released

In breaking news, Google is due to release their very own web browser called Google Chrome today. Google Chrome is an open source web browser and is going to be available in over 100 countries for their debut. This first version of the new web browser is a beta version available for Windows users to try. Two of the current main players for web browsers are Firefox and Internet Explorer. With Google Chrome's new and advanced features, one wonders if they will give Firefox and Internet Explorer a run for their money. Some key features that Google Chrome has are Safe Browsing, privacy mode, and a notably fast Javascript engine. The Google Chrome Team has a comic book about their new browser that you can view here.
