When I first tried the Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens I was surprised at how good and smooth it tasted. I mixed the powder in a glass of water and they came out to the perfect consistency. The berry flavor was just right. I was also impressed with all of the healthy ingredients that this mix has in it. I have never seen so many good for you ingredients mixed into a drink mix in my life. I definitely felt good drinking this and know its something the whole family can enjoy and reap the benefits of.
